We all dream of those idyllic weekends and
holidays by the seaside in a safe, secluded environment where the kids run

Woodgate is a sleepy little village that Mum and Dad used to take
us to where they werent worried when we disappeared from dawn till
dusk, only to reappear when food was needed, and they would kick back and
relax.
This is the ultimate retirement retreat for
the lucky few who seek more than just a seachange. Our designs include staircases
designed to take a stair lift.
Serasa is bordered on three sides by national park and a good 15
minutes off the Highway this is the one all the developers have driven past.
The town has kept its character with nothing over a two story home in the
village.
The beach is not patrolled but with Fraser
Island due east out to sea and the protection of being in a bay means there
is very little swell.

Surfboards wont get used but your boat, kayak or tinny will
be the ones needing a rest soon after arriving at your idyllic water wonderland
and whale watching paradise. The boat ramp is a few hundred meters up the
Esplanade, making sure you give way to the wayward locals that are covered
in fur, have pouches and bounce rather than walk.
