marina and boat service facilities.
Where can I launch my tinnie for fishing?
There is a boat ramp at Woodgate Beach.
What is the projected growth of real estate in Woodgate Beach?
Definitely upward: pristine protected beach, fishing, wild life, surrounded
by National Park, limited beach front land = huge capital growth. Property
values in nearby Rainbow Beach tripled in 2007, Hervey Bay increased 4.9
per cent and Bundaberg is up 11.5 per cent, as cashed up tourists and investors
in Noosa moved north. Woodgate beach is a pearl of an investment that is
currently largely undiscovered by developers, however is on the verge of
moving upward quickly. REIQ chairman Peter McGrath said the Hervey
Bay/Maryborough region still has some of the most affordable real estate
in Queensland, but with the area's growing popularity this might not last
much longer.

Is there a supermarket at Woodgate Beach?
There is an IGA, along with a Hardware store, some cafes and restaurants,
a pub, convenience / corner store and a bowling club.
I live Overseas/Interstate and would like to holiday on a regular
basis, how can I get to Woodgate?
The two main airports, Fraser Coast (Hervey Bay) and Bundaberg are serviced
by all major airlines from capital cities and regional centres.
Can Serasa Beach Houses be build out?
Serasa Beach Houses can never be built out. The only land in between
you and the water is the Council nature strip and small sandy path.
I have two teenagers, apart from the water activities, what is there
for them to do at Woodgate Beach?
Bushland bicycle and walking tracks and to explore, skateboard ramps, basketball
court, playing fields, fishing, diving, swimming, dolphin and whale
watching.
Can I take my dog to Woodgate?"
Yes! There is a "dogs unleashed" sign on the beach immediately at the
front of Serasa Beach Houses. This area extends along the beach to the Burrum
